Three steps from browsing to moving in
Every listing, photo, and application lives on our rental portal, so you always see what's actually available today.
Apply online
Open the property, choose More Info, then Apply On-Line. All applications are completed online.
Hold it and move in
Once you're approved, the security deposit and a signed lease hold the property for you.
Requirements
A few simple requirements
- Non-smoking household.
- Household income of at least three times the monthly rent, or first and last month's rent plus deposit paid before move-in.
- No detainer warrants or criminal convictions in the past 10 years.
- A completed application with rental references.

- Up to 2 pets. Aquariums have no fee.
- Pets must be spayed or neutered and on professional flea prevention.
- Our insurance doesn't allow vicious breeds.
- Pick up after your dog, and no permanent outdoor tethering.
- No dogs at 308 Thompson St, Apts A–D.

- A $300 fine applies for smoking on property.
